Capacity
We have more than 80 presses, ranging from hydraulic presses to 25 and 60 tonne and extended bed 80 tonne Bruderers. The machine list also includes Bihler, Finzer, Haulick & Roos and Heenan & Froude multi-slide presses plus SMV presses for specialist operations.
Efficiency
Investment in the latest materials handling equipment with high speed de-palletisers and re-coilers ensure we operate efficiently and reduce the risk of material contamination.
Assembly
Assembly and sub-assembly, including welding, riveting and rapid insertion of metallic components into plastic mouldings is available. We also have the capability to design and build our own fully automatic assembly equipment.
Welding
Fully computer controlled high speed welding lines and seam welders are available for higher volume requirements. Stand alone welding and riveting equipment is maintained to the highest standards for small batch works.
Finishing
Heat treatment plus various plating and coating finishes are available from a combination of our own internal processes and local subcontract partners.
